Outspoken is an audio collection of poetry presented by Brooke B Productions (BBP). Our goal is to make the listening audience feel like they’re at their favorite lounge enjoying open-mic poetry. Each episode will showcase three poets and feature a musical guest. All Outspoken episodes will air on our Script Out Loud podcast which can be found on most streaming platforms. Participants and musical guests must sign a permission form giving BBP permission to air their work before being showcased/featured in an episode.

Outspoken submission guidelines for poets:
- Participants must be 18+ and can participate in more than one episode if they choose.
- Poems must be original and written by the participant.
- Participants can submit an audio recording of them reciting their poem (all audio recordings must be final) or a day/time can be scheduled in advance for the participant to record via Zoom with Brooke B of Brooke B Productions.
- Audio recordings are to be three minutes or less and sent as a .mp3 or .mp4 file to brooke@brookebproductions.com No other file format will be accepted and no video recordings will be accepted.
- Submission of your audio recording/file/poem does not guarantee that you will be showcased in an episode of Outspoken.

Outspoken submission guidelines for musical guests:
- Musical guests can have their music featured in more than one episode if they choose.
- Songs must be written and performed by the musical guest. No covers will be accepted.
- If part of a group, permission has been granted by all members to submit the group’s music/song for participation in Outspoken.
- Your song choice is to be sent as a .wav, .mp3 or .mp4 file to brooke@brookebproductions.com No other file format will be accepted and no video recording will be accepted.
- Submission of your audio file/song does not guarantee that you will be featured as a musical guest in an episode of Outspoken.
